How do I find the correct size for a HUUB wetsuit?
Our wetsuits are designed for a performance fit. We recommend using our detailed size chart which factors in height and weight; if you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for comfort or staying true to size for a competitive fit.
What is your return policy for international orders?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
How should I care for my triathlon suit to ensure it lasts?
Always rinse your suit in fresh, cold water immediately after use to remove chlorine or salt. Avoid direct sunlight when drying and never use a washing machine or tumble dryer, as these can damage the technical fibers.
Do you offer a warranty on your technical equipment?
Yes, all HUUB products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage such as fingernail tears in neoprene or general wear and tear from heavy use.
How long does shipping take within the UK and internationally?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. International shipping times vary by location but generally range from 5-10 working days depending on the selected courier and customs processing.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
